Cubic Dimension LLC operates Builder Dimension, a construction management software service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information associated with our website, software, SMS notifications, and Builder Dimension AI Assistant.

We may collect account information, business contact information, telephone numbers, project records, construction documents, messages, images, audio, usage information, consent records, and technical delivery information necessary to operate Builder Dimension.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to provide and secure Builder Dimension, identify authorized users, deliver requested notifications, process user instructions, maintain project records, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and improve system reliability.
SMS MESSAGING
SMS participation is voluntary. Users may choose to receive Builder Dimension notifications and, when included in their subscription, interact with the Builder Dimension AI Assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate Builder Dimension, deliver communications, host data, process authorized AI requests, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
PROJECT INFORMATION AND PERMISSIONS
Builder Dimension limits access to project information according to the user, company, workspace, project assignment, and permissions configured in the application. SMS and AI access are subject to the same authorization controls.
DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
