BUILDER DIMENSION SMS TERMS

Builder Dimension is a construction management software service operated by Cubic Dimension LLC.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Builder Dimension SMS program allows registered users to receive project notifications, account-related alerts, task reminders, schedule updates, and other operational information associated with their authorized Builder Dimension workspace.
Users whose subscription includes AI Assistant Mode may also send messages to consult, create, or update authorized information inside Builder Dimension.
CONSENT
Participation in the SMS program is voluntary. By providing your mobile telephone number and selecting the SMS consent option, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Builder Dimension by Cubic Dimension LLC.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing Builder Dimension or any other service.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies according to account activity, notification preferences, project activity, and user-initiated requests.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
OPTING OUT
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you enroll again.

Your telephone number, SMS opt-in information, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

AI ASSISTANT MODE
AI Assistant Mode is limited to Builder Dimension information and operations. It does not provide general internet searches or unrelated conversational services.
The assistant applies the permissions associated with the identified Builder Dimension user and workspace. Sensitive or important actions may require confirmation before information is created, updated, or removed.
DELIVERY
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, account status, or service interruptions.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining control of your mobile device and notifying Cubic Dimension LLC if your telephone number changes, is transferred, or is no longer under your control.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Cubic Dimension LLC may update these SMS Terms as the Builder Dimension service evolves. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
